Starting date: September 1, 2024

 

  This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months. Please note that you must be enrolled to a university program for the duration of your internship.

 We are looking for a passionate university student who is eager to grow, develop and leave a noticeable impact. Talent Acquisition is at the very core of success for any organization. This internship will teach you how to become a true Talent Detective and help us identify our new colleagues!

 

HOW WILL YOU MAE AN IMPACT?

·  Working together with our TA community throughout Europe, you will learn how a full cycle Talent Acquisition process works
·  Not only locally rooted, but as a part of the bigger TA community, you will have chances to collaborate, interact and support various TA Partners and the business in building strong pipelines of future talent
·  You will have complete training in terms of procedures, tools and practices
·  You will learn the crucial methods and ways of recruitment effectively and managing candidate relationships, increasing our talent networks while being a stellar representative of our organization.
·  All of your public activity is in line with our Employer Branding directives, to ensure quality representation of Richemont and our Maisons.
·  You will support with University initiatives where needed.
·  Good use of our systems and data management will be crucial and is always the main factor in the success of the TA function.

 HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUNCESS WITH US?

·  Curiosity: Leads the investigation to find the right profiles. Is good at learning about industries, market, technology
·  Languages: Spanish & English. French and Italian a plus
·  Organization: Can orchestrate multiple activities at once
·  Data accuracy: Ensures profiles in recruitment SAP system are updated and precise.
·  People Agile: Has empathy, is an active listener and a good judge of talent. 
·  passive candidate to become a candidate.
·  Results oriented: motivated in reaching targets
·  Innovative: Can start again from scratch by thinking out of the box
·  Ability to learn and acquire new search skills: continuous learner
