WE RECRUIT

Reporting to the Head of Purchasing, you will be in charge of purchases for watch components (dials, straps and glass for example) and will work closely to both Piaget manufactures.

 

YOUR MISSION

For launches:

·  Request for quotations management : supplier selection, prices, logistics and quality conditions negotiation, business awards
·  Cost avoidance proposals and TCO approach
·  Provide support to the internal stakeholders during all the project phases

 

For catalog references:

·  Define, implement and communicate the sourcing strategies
·  Identify and carry out cost optimization through a close collaboration with suppliers and with internal teams
·  Implement and followup of multi-sourcing projects for business securization
·  Add value to the current sourcing activities, by reducing leadtime, inventory costs and logistic costs of each category
·  Ensure that all the componentsarticles are sourced in line with the Group compliance rules
·  Develop partnership with key suppliers

 

YOUR PROFILE

·  With at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, you are familiar with strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management, negotiation has no secrets for you
·  As a true team player, you are reliable, proactive and adaptable

 

EDUCATION:

- Master's Degree in Engineering and/or Procurement, Supply Chain or Business

 

EXPERIENCE:

- At least 5 years of experience in a purchasing role

- Proven track-record in shaping and implementing a global buying strategy

 

COMPETENCIES :

- You have strong negotiation skills and are able to make decisions under pressure

- Ability to work at international level and deal with matrix organization

- You are a good communicator, fluent in both French and English
