What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Head of Store Design & Planning, you will play a key role in ensuring the excellence and consistency of our boutique network across the region. You will support new openings and renovations while maintaining the highest standards of design, functionality, and brand image in line with the Maison’s objectives, budget, and timelines. To that extent, you will:

·  Manage end-to-end boutique design and construction projects, from concept to completion, ensuring full alignment with Maison guidelines, architectural characteristics, and local regulations
·  Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (architects, contractors, landlords) to guarantee execution quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency
·  Oversee boutique maintenance strategy and ensure all locations meet operational and aesthetic standards through regular visits, reporting, and boutique staff training
·  Monitor procurement activities and stock of concept materials, ensuring timely availability for new openings, renovations, and maintenance works
·  Ensure accurate project documentation, permits, and technical files are received and archived following completion
·  Foster strong communication with central SDP and local departments (IT, Security, Marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination across all boutique projects
