What are we expecting from you?
The role is based in Paris, attached to the European Marketing & Communication department and reporting directly to the High Jewelry Marketing Manager Europe-CIS .
As a High Jewelry Senior Product Manager for Europe, you are responsible for developing the High Jewelry business in Europe, in partnership with a second Product Manager .
Working closely with markets/regional teams on one hand, and HQ teams on the other, you act as a conductor, ensuring the interface between these different stakeholders.
You are also in charge of analysing performance to identify and implement growth opportunities.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the four following areas:
· Participate in organizational and strategic thinking on the category
· Play a role in building the region’s strategic plan
· Contribute to analysis and strategic presentations of High Jewelry for various audiences
· Participate in the financial management of the High Jewelry segment (Budgets, LE, forecasts)
· Search for process improvements and ways to increase team’s operational efficiency
· Drive the daily High Jewelry activity to support sales
· Ensure optimal distribution of High Jewelry creations by market to optimize and boost business, drive the allocation strategy through a thorough analysis of stock levels
· Support markets in their daily requests (negotiations with stakeholders, tailored solutions) and actively support sales (pieces availability & arbitrations)
· Analyse High Jewelry performance, define action plans related to business reality
· Adapt & share locally the sales support tools created by HQ
· Ensure communication of High Jewelry highlights to markets
· Develop High Jewelry skills within the network & engage local Marketing communities
· Participate in product training projects and lead training sessions occasionally
· Coordinate local action plans
· Design and facilitate the "Inspire High Jewelry" meetings, aimed at nurturing local Marketing teams on High Jewelry
· Orchestrate the product environment of High Jewelry events
· Build the product environment for the event (gather a stock tailored to sales objectives, support markets in their preparation, adapt sales tools etc.)
· Support sales teams on-site during the event
· Consolidate sales and gather post-event feedback, conduct associated performance analysis
