Job Description
The Media and Marketing Assistant will support the Media & Marketing Manager in the implementation of the communication strategy of the Maison. The role is cross-functional, collaborating with teams in the following departments: Image, E-Commerce & Retail, Wholesale, Merchandising, and CRM.
Responsabilities :
- Participate in the end-to-end orchestration and execution of both offline and online media buying strategies (social, display, print, outdoor), in close partnership with the media agency.
- Partner with internal teams (Image, Copywriting, CRM, Retail, and more) to ensure consistency and cohesion across all brand communications and assets.
- Liaise with the Image team to supervise the creation of media content, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Support in the execution of marketing activities with Retail and Wholesale partners.
- Work with the copywriter to guarantee brand voice consistency across all communication materials.
- Compile and analyze campaign’s performance reports to provide strategic insights and support continuous improvement.
- Assist in preparing internal documentation and maintaining the global marketing and communication calendar.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of internal and external brand and communication presentations, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with the Maison’s visual identity.

- Work well in a fast-paced and growing organization and can meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in digital trends
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
