As a Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to the success of our boutique. You will represent Cartier with pride, living the values of our Maison every day.

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will ensure a unique client experience before, during, and after each sale, while proactively developing your client portfolio and contributing to the daily operations of the boutique.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Sales Achievements

·  Deliver a unique client experience during every sale.
·  Master the full sales process: welcome, discover and understand, convince, close, and develop.
·  Adapt approach to meet each client’s needs and motivations.
·  Handle negotiations and objections with confidence.
·  Communicate the passion and values of the Maison.
·  Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.

 

2. Client Relationship and Portfolio Development

·  Build strong client relationships and foster loyalty.
·  Grow the client portfolio through targeted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) actions.
·  Participate in client events and represent the Maison as a true ambassador.

 

3. Daily Boutique Operations

·  Follow all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
·  Participate in inventory counts.
·  Support boutique opening and closing activities.
·  Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
·  Assist with special projects when required.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Experience: Minimum two years in luxury retail sales or similar, with a track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.
·  Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
·  Knowledge: Understanding of luxury goods (jewellery and timepieces preferred).
·  Technical Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
·  Language: Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

 

PART-TIME BENEFITS AND CONTRACT TERMS

This role is offered under a Part-Time Permanent Contract, including pro-rated leave, commission, bonus, medical insurance, staff sale, and sick leave in line with United Arab Emirates (UAE) law.
