MAIN PURPOSE
As a key member of local Security, Health & Safety Team and subject expert within the country, you are responsible for assisting the local management and Regional Security Team with the implementation and management of the Regional Security strategy, Group Directives, standards, guidelines and programs. Identifying, developing, implementing protection and security processes across the Korea business units to reduce security related risks, respond to incidents and limit exposure to liability in all areas related to Physical Security.
Provide expertise, direction and support on all matters relating to physical security and health & safety, security risk identification, analysis and applied mitigation measures, security awareness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Physical security responsibilities
• Establish security concept in retail locations, distribution center & technical center in compliance with Group Security Directives – communication with respective stakeholders in area analysis, risk identification & assessment, design mitigation measures, security zoning, operation flow review for persons & goods, guide & execute security construction measures & deploy alarm plan as well as electronic security equipment
• Security compliance – Upon boutique visit once a year, operation review thoroughly and advice local security operating procedure, supplement physical security aspects and amend security procedure, implement matrix for access level management & control, boutique visits once a year and produce visit reports and follow up, security communications & alerts for incidents & near misses, event site survey, event declaration to regional team for Security concept validation
• External 3rd party management – plan alarm & CCTV maintenance program, cost analysis & saving plans on monthly expenses, regularly meet for quality improvement, KPI set up & contract review, review daily alarm response reports, security guards SOP set up, seek for win-win relationship with external partners in problem solving & enhancements
• Incident management – report incidents in the Group ware within local & regional organization, investigation & interview with respective parties, cooperate with police in necessary, insurance declaration for indemnification, recommendations and establish preventive measures
• Security training – security awareness training arrangement, training on group security directives, valuable goods hand carrier training, security retail training, security audit preparation & compliance review, gap analysis against the company’s security safety standards, internal security audit follow up
• Coordinate the Security, Health & Safety committee in distribution centre, customer services
Health & Safety responsibilities
• Gap analysis with group directives and implement necessary measures
• Yearly plan on cross-functional projects on health & safety engagements with related departments & estimation for expected costs
• Health & safety Incident reports, investigation, follow up & preventives measures communication, generate quarterly health & safety reports
• Overview and provide assistance to occupational health & safety committee
