WE RECRUIT A

REWARD MANAGER

based in our offices in Meyrin, SWITZERLAND

 

MAIN PURPOSES:

Within the International Human Resources department and reporting to International HR Operations & Reward Director, you will be responsible for implementing Maison’s compensation and benefits policies at global scale, conducting in-depth studies and analysis to support and improve our competitiveness that goes well with business needs, liaising with Finance department to ensure the cost impact is properly managed.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

·  You will contribute to the design and transformation of our compensation and benefits policies.
·  You will perform compensation analysis and benchmarks to well understand our positioning, as well as make recommendations for improvement to ensure our competitiveness and attractiveness.
·  You will implement the annual salary review process by collaborating with various teams, such as Exco members, Managers, HRBPs in the HQ/Manufacture/Markets and Group Rewards team.
·  You will support and advise Managers and HR teams on C&B related questions & issues.
·  You will provide training to Managers on C&B knowledge, policies and tools.
·  You will participate in reward projects, for example job raking, commission,
·  You will coordinate and follow up on International Mobility cases.
·  You will collaborate with HR Controlling and FP&A colleagues regarding staff cost management.
·  You will partner with HR Controlling colleague in defining, measuring HR KPIs and developing analytical tools.

·  You possess good knowledge and interest of Reward/Remuneration and have relevant working experience in similar industry
·  You are data sensitive & analytical, and you feel at ease with using data to express ideas/insights/recommendations.
·  You enjoy interacting and exchanging with various teams to understand and anticipate their needs.
·  You enjoy working as a team, being proactive, curious and inclusive.
·  You feel comfortable with English as daily working language.
·  You have advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
