Then you must be the right talent to join our Exceptional Pieces department as Product Development Project Manager!
As part of the Exceptional Pieces department, you will be responsible for leading product development and production from the marketing brief to the launch quantities production on a given portfolio.
In close collaboration with all Maison’s departments, you will work transversely to achieve your projects’ objectives on quality, costs and lead time.
You will make an impact by:
· Managing novelties launches and estimating the development feasibility, budgets and planning
· Providing product recommendations to fit marketing objectives and product insights from creation brief to design validation
· Handling the whole process flow by creating and following global project planning, defining key milestones, and ensuring a close reporting on project KPIs
· Leading competition analysis (benchmark, suppliers survey, perceived value of products…)
· Updating marketing & design teams on innovations and alternative solutions
· Following product improvement (quality, cost, lead time)
· Monitoring products phase-out in collaboration with supply chain and industrial stakeholders
· Ability to manage external partners
Your exceptional skills we are looking for:
· You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent
· You hold a proven experience in project management (at least 3 years)
· A previous experience in product development, industrialization or equivalent as well as previous experience in Watchmaking or Jewllery strong asset
· You are collaborative and a strong team player who is able to interact with multiple stakeholders across an international organization
· You are proactive, innovative, curious, audacious and agile
· Your natural leadership allows you to influence people in a decision-making process
· You speak fluent French and very good English
