Reporting to the Head of Digital Product Development, the Digital Intern is involved in the monitoring and optimization of the ecommerce website.

He/she supports all regional websites worldwide, liaising with external partners as well as internal stakeholders from marketing, commercial and product categories.

 

Main Responsibilities 

As a Digital Intern, you will be working closely with colleagues, tech project managers and other departments.
Execution of daily tasks on the website, often coordinating external providers, optimizing for Search Engines (SEO), Users (UX, Accessibility, Web performance) and Sales (CRO).

Creating and maintaining project documentation

 

Key Performance Indicators

Effectiveness in identifying opportunities and delivering changes through developers.

 

Knowledge and Professional skills

·  Able to activate a curricular internship in partnership with the University/Master
·  Basic Knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem
·  Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
·  Basic knowledge of SEO would be a plus
·  Basic knowledge of UX, CRO would be a plus
·  Direct experience in web development, or knowledge of web performances, web accessibility or any programming languages (PHP, Python, etc.) would be a plus
·  Knowledge of any standard CMS would be a plus
·  Proficiency in spoken and written English
·  Attention to details, workflows and deadlines
·  Ready to learn, grow and adapt into a fast-paced environment
·  Team player with a can-do attitude
·  Knowledge of the luxury industry would be a plus
