The Boutique Coordinator embodies the values of the Maison and excellence of service standards. Your main purpose is to assist the Boutique Manager in the management of the administration duties in the back of house and sales boutique. Helping to ensure that the tools for retail sales are always up to date and available readily. To also play a role in CRM in providing assistance to the staff in their High Jewelry client presentation.

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a 12 month fixed-term maternity leave cover in our Chadstone boutique.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Back of House Support

- Assist in the placing of order to the suppliers for the following items:

- Grocery for staff & client, Stationery, Name cards & printing stationery

- Maintain the filing system in the boutiques as accordingly

- Check and ensure that the following selling tools are available and replace when necessary:

- Cash collection bag & forms, Daily count sheets for file and safe, Monthly count summary sheet & Security system daily check sheet.

- Arrange for maintenance of following office equipments when necessary:

- Copier, Printer, Water cooler, Air-conditioner,

 

2. CRM Support

- Assist the staff on High Jewelry presentation with the preparation of the various collections offer on specific CP format

- Assist the Boutique staff on their client treatment events with flight & hotel arrangement etc

- Any other matters relating to CRM

 

3. Daily Operations Support

- Assist in the daily stock reception and transfer, quality check of consignment pieces upon transfer in and out & the submission of Quality Check report to the necessary parties.

- Assist in the reading of the Store email and inform the team accordingly of any requests from the office team

- Check and ensure that the following selling tools are readily available on the selling floor and back of house:

- Price lists, Bar code tag album, Invoice papers in the printers etc

 

4. Boutique Maintenance

- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the back of house

- Assist the Boutique Manager in the maintenance of fixtures, furniture, and furnishing within the boutique and inform Boutique Manager about any minor or major maintenance work required.

- Ensure that boutique is in adherence to work place safety, fire and health regulations as set out by the Company.
