Digital Workplace Operations coordinator

As part of the Digital Workplace team, your role would be to coordinate the operations team members that are located all over the world. You will be responsible for supporting the local IT teams as 3rd line of support leveraging leading technologies and servicing all kind of business environments, from offices to manufactures, retail and e-commenrce. Your team will provide end-user advanced support, check the healthiness of the different solutions in the digital workplace scope, react on outages of those solutions within the agreed SLAs (which will be built along with the capabilities of the team). 

 

   

CONTEXT  

  

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?   

 

· 
Operational responsibility for Digital Workplace services at Richemont world wide.   

· 
Liaise with IT teams and consumers to ensure user satisfaction.   

· 
Implement process and tool rollouts, keeping IT teams involved.   

· 
Provide knowledge transfer to IT teams and application owners.  

· 
Along with IT teams, support timeline and content of enrichment releases  

· 
Support Engineers/Architects in setup implementations of Proof of Concept  

· 
Monitor Richemont’s DWP core activities (e.g. healthiness of mail and telephony services)  

  

DWP Operations Coordinator responsibilities you will support the business with  

· 
Team capacity planning. 

· 
Manage priorities and SLAs. 

· 
Build knowledge bridge between L1 and L2 support colleagues. 

· 
ITIL methodology.

Microsoft 365 subscription optimization.

Automation knowledge (powershell, power apps…)

Cloud providers and their services. 

 You are / have  

· 
Willingness to constantly learn and progress.   

· 
Engineering school, university or polytechnic master’s in computer science, Communication Systems, Telecommunication – or similar working/studying experience.  

· 
At least 3 years of experience in coordination of support/operations teams. 

· 
Strong capacity to analyse automation process issues and propose solutions solutions.  

· 
Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues.  

· 
Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous and passionate about computer science . 

· 
Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in multi-cultural context across regions.
