MAIN PURPOSE

Provide quality and efficient customer service to drive customer loyalty

        Key result area 1: Client Relations

·  With the mind of client centric, to provide support in leading to client satisfaction.
·  To analyse customer need and address for appropriate solution as per the specific client context. 
·  To offer service in qualitative manner

Key result area 2:  Quality Customer Services
·  To be able to communicate with all levels within the luxury Maison
·  To implement Customer Service policies
·  To align service improvement process

Key result area 3: Service Performance Indicator
·  To aim excellence service for both local and overseas clients.
·  To drive for operations efficiency to meet the commitment with clients.

 

             Key result area  4: Projects

·  To deliver ad hoc projects
·  To liaise with all levels in meeting schedules in an organized approach.
·  To support office administration

 

JOB PROFILE

·  Education: University graduates or equivalent
·  Experience: 4-6 years Customer Service experience
·  Skills required :
·  Strong communication skill;
·  Good computer skill (MS office and Presentation),
·  Good language proficiency in English, and
·  Basic knowledge in report analysis.
·  Behavioral competencies:
·  Attentive, Detailed minded and Strong client centric mindset
·  Be proactive in offering appropriate solution
·  Adaptability in changing context
·  Independent with open-minded spirit.
·  Be passionate in delivery of quality service
·  Good team player 
·  Luxury Industry Experience is preferred
