REGIONAL COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR SEAO

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Commercial Strategy & Performance:

·  Define the Regional commercial strategy and roadmap
·  Support the development of our internal & external boutique network in the region by establishing clear development roadmaps in a context of boutique network expansion
·  Define similar roadmaps to drive the performance of our Watch specialists multi-brand network performance and continue to strengthen partnership with our retailers
·  Maximize our omnichannel performance, while managing and coaching our internal Ecom and CRC teams
·  Develop strong relationships with our VICs in the region
·  Provide insights from the market on competition and trends
·  Actively contribute to build the long-term business plan as well as yearly strategic plan
·  P&L ownership of the commercial department
·  Maximize the performance of our collections including novelties & High End Watchmaking
·  Collaborate closely with HQ on strategic initiatives that contribute to the brand equity development for the region and its markets

 

Retail Excellence:

·  Define key strategies for the Maison in retail and client-centric environment
·  Elevate the retail operations by identifying business needs and implementing strategies to guarantee the highest standards of boutique operations and to enhance the Maison’s performance
·  Develop measurable and impactful KPIs and define strategy and action plans to motivate and lead retail teams with clear directions based on the Maison’s goals and long-term visions
·  Benchmark and drive hospitality and client-centric initiatives to deliver memorable in-boutique experiences for sustainable growth

Team Management & Talent Development

·  Inspire, coach and manage team members to create a passionate environment
·  Develop hand-in-hand with HR on career path to grow our commercial & retail talents
·  Nurture the retail culture and diffuse a strong Retail mindset in the region
·  Foster new ideas that bring added-value to the Maison by providing cohesive and entrepreneurial environment

ABOUT YOU:

·  Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
·  Deep understanding of retail performance and levers that drive business.
·  Experience supporting growth through transparency, consistency, and disciplined execution. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, high-growth environment
·  Demonstrated ability to be operationally savvy in retail environment. High curiosity and desire to seek out new trends and best practices to elevate operational excellence.
·  Digital mindset & ability to encourage others to adapt to new technologies & trends.
·  Experience in working transversally with all key functions in a market/HQ
·  Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
·  Strong team working and project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a cross functional team
·  High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation, with a track record for delivering to plan
·  Global Mindset & Curiosity: Experience working in international and global environments
