What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for driving client engagement and loyalty through the design and execution of clienteling strategies and activations across the UAE. With a strong focus on retention, you will ensure data-driven programs are effectively implemented and shared with key stakeholders through actionable insights and reporting. To that extent, you will:
· Translate client insights into actionable strategies to drive recruitment, retention, and loyalty across the UAE market
· Ensure accurate database segmentation and optimize client selection for targeted activations
· Champion full adoption and optimization of CRM tools and dashboards to enhance business intelligence
· Collaborate cross-functionally and lead your team with clarity, prioritization, and continuous development
