MAIN PURPOSE

The Digital Services Coordinator ensures the maintenance and enhancement of our digital communication (SEA, SEO, Official Website and LINE account and LINE Works account etc.) based on analysis by Google Analytics and questionnaire tools so as to optimize navigation and conversion (whether sales, chat, registrations or appointments).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. SEA (Search Engine Advertising – Listing) and Google Shopping

· 
·  Work together with the local agency, local media team & HQ to plan, analyze and optimize SEA & Google Shopping to generate engaged sessions & e-commerce sales.
·  Update contents (keyword combination, advertising texts, option texts and negative keywords) periodically based on analysis and by understanding about the brand and products.
·  Understand about the official website and optimize landing page upon necessary.
·  Investigate and start new services related to SEA & Google Shopping.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

· 
·  Work together with HQ and the agency hired by HQ to analyze and update text and images.
·  Investigate the possibility to improve SEO locally.

 

3. Website Analysis

· 
·  Create monthly report based on Google Analytics and questionnaire result.
·  Offer online questionnaire & analyze the result upon necessity.
·  Propose ideas to improve SEA, SEO, website (contents and services) and e-commerce based on analysis.

 

4. Website Maintenance & New Project Coordination

· 
·  Maintain and improve contents and online services as homepage, live chat, book an appointment at boutiques, My Cartier (online membership page), boutique stock visibility and HQ and local new projects etc.
·  Create local contents upon needs.
·  Trouble shooting and bug fixing.
·  Regular website benchmarking (competition or relevant players).

 

5.  LINE Official Account & LINE Works Coordination Support

· 
·  Work together with the local agency and HQ to maintain and enhance LINE official account supported by in-house system.
·  Support activating LINE one-to-one communication between sales staff and clients.
·  Support LINE one-to-one training, hearing and share best practices at the boutique.
·  Daily support for LINE Works usage and account management in the office.

YOUR PROFILE

·  Min. 3-5-year experience in digital field.
·  Experience in SEA  SEO, Google Analytics, online tools. Web mastering, e-commerce or LINE related activities is a plus.
·  Assertive, flexible, dynamic, enthusiastic, proactive, supportive, team player

·  Excellent knowledge of SEA  SEO, Google Analytics and online tools.
·  Great sensitivity to the clients’ needs & aspirations
·  Open minded and have challenging spirt for the new projects and activities
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Ability to work and grow in a complex and multicultural environment
·  Service and result oriented, business sense
