WE RECRUIT

The job holder will be based in a boutique in Dubai to assist in developing the turnover of the boutique, meeting the expectations of image and service, ensuring excellence in boutique operations, audit and performance, while maintaining a team spirit in accordance with the Maison values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Performance:

·  Attends clients and assists team members to carry presentations and go through selling process
·  Assists the Boutique Manager to reach the boutique sales target assigned by the retail management and manages in person all stages of the sale when necessary
·  Organizes weekly and monthly individual appraisals based on the breakdown of the boutique target per SA and the follow-up of the individual KPI performances
·  Masters boutique KPI understanding, analysis and monitoring
·  Monitors the implementation of selling ceremony and respects of the step to maximize the Mystery Shopping score

 

Team Management & People Development:

 

·  Sets up and actively participates in daily, weekly and monthly team briefings detailing activity, target achievement and training
·  Organizes team shifts and monitoring attendance along with punctuality in order to optimize performance and balance in the boutique
·  Participates in the development and the recruitment of the team (or providing advice in consultation) and integration and training of new salespersons in the field
·  Is responsible for of the integration and training of new comers through the Induction steps of Richemont and VCA via the Green Box project
·  Monitors theteam’sparticipation in trainings with Retail Management, Marketing, CRM and Richemont
·  Ensures the day-to-day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team
·  Ensures that all boutique team members represent the Maison by wearing the appropriate uniform and being groomed as per the company policy
·  Overseeing the safety of goods and people

 

Boutique Operations:

 

·  Masters the process of opening, closing and running the boutique
·  Implements group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines
·  Active and responsible participant in the boutique audits to maximize score and consistency
·  Is responsible for the back office and administration of the boutique
·  Ensures the execution and delivery in time of all boutique reports and legal requests (Mall passes, police permits etc.)
·  Ensures that all documentation is accessible and organized for Audit and Control purposes and that all documentation is in adherence to thecompany’spolicies and procedures
·  Oversees the boutique expenses and communicates with Retail Management on the matter

 

Stock:

 

·  Compliance with procedures and with legal, fiscal and customs regulations
·  Assist with weekly, monthly and yearly stock takes and the tagging of merchandise
·  Ensures the perfect conditioning and respectful manipulation of the stock

 

After Sales Service:

 

·  Assist clients with their returns and queries ensuring that brand image is enhanced and client expectations are met
·  Respects After Sales Service golden rules and procedures
·  Thrives to satisfy the client with the best After Sales Service experience

 

Client Relationships:

 

·  Ensures the highest level of data capture in the boutique
·  Maximizes the creation of prospect profiles in the database
·  Build client database by acquiring new customers as well as enhancing relationships with current clients

 

Ambassador:

 

·  Communicates with the highest level of respect to all levels in the Maison
·  Learns about the creations universe and focuses on the heart of the Maison: High Jewelry
·  Represents the exclusive and luxury image of the Maison, in grooming along as in behavior
·  Acts as a coach and assist the colleagues in operations, sales and training
·  Be an example and mentor for the rest of the team

 

YOUR PROFILE

·  7 to 10 years experience in retail
·  Previous management experience is preferred
·  Jewelry experience is preferred
·  Arabic language is preferred but not a must
·  Client/sales oriented
·  Positive attitude / conflict free / team worker
