YOUR MISSION:Assist in market research programs to gather intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing and strategies on a frequent and timely period; provides analysis and reporting to support business needs.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Conduct comprehensive market research to gather intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support business needs.
- Utilize existing systems and protocols to execute designated economic research activities, delivering outcomes for specific research programs.
- Analyze data to develop a thorough understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations.
- Support data collection and participate in marketing activity reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Address complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers, providing information on processes and policies, and referring issues for policy interpretation when necessary.
- Collate and analyze data using advanced tools, methods, and formats, working independently to ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to the preparation of detailed data and analytics reports.
- Provide support and advice to help others maximize the use of data management systems.
- Develop personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
- Maintain professional accreditation and stay updated on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Possess experience as an independent practitioner.
- Have experience supervising junior colleagues.
