Job Description

Contribute in the performance of the Engineering by :
• Spreading, explaining, applying and making apply the project
standards, tools and development processes that allow to carry
out the local activity for one component
• Conducting peer reviews and ensure relevant actions defined
leading to closure of issues
• Discuss and analyse on new tools and technical
improvements
• Ensure adherence to best
practices/standards/guidelines/checklists for the Component
• Acting as a relay trainer to develop and maintain the local
competences through Training deployment + Coaching
Resolve K3/K4 issues at Component level within Team
Project and Process Standard Adherence for One Component to
ensure Quality of deliverables, Confirmity to Metier Standards
and Project Milestone adherence
Execution of Level 2 Solution : Adherence to Alliance
Standards.Often demonstrate autonomous delivery for project
QCD
As a Relay Trainer, responsible for Training deployment and
Coaching Junior level/ peers
Actively proposes ideas and Improvement for Product and
Process quality
