Job Description

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

·  RFQ Preparation & Sourcing Plan Support
·  Prepare RFQ packages for BOP & Non-BOP commodities.
·  Support the creation and tracking of sourcing plans.
·  Assist in managing sourcing progress to ensure timely completion.
·  Cost Fluctuation & Performance Reporting
·  Prepare cost fluctuation reports between milestones for effective tracking.
·  Develop and maintain performance dashboards for BOP, Non-BOP, and quality teams.
·  Purchase Order Creation & Administration Support
·  Create purchase orders for all types of BOP/Non-BOP requirements.
·  Provide administrative support for sourcing and procurement activities.
·  Parts Exportation Sourcing & Low Turnover Commodities
·  Assist in sourcing parts for exportation, focusing on LCC.
·  Source low turnover commodities such as fasteners and aftersales products.
·  Supplier Negotiation & Cost Reduction
·  Negotiate with suppliers to control TDC (Total Delivered Cost).
·  Support cost reduction initiatives to achieve better pricing and efficiency.
