Job Description

Requirements
1.    3 to 6 years of IT Experience.
2.    Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
3.    Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow etc.
4.    Responsible for all interpretation task i.e. read through the original documents and modify in the objective language, ensuring that the importance of the source content is retained.
5.    Translating all text from English to Japanese and vice versa.
6.    Facilitate conversation and communication between a Japanese speaker and an English speaker.
7.    Full time Bachelor of Engineering.
8.    Application monitoring 

Responsibilities
9.    Provide Service Desk services at his/her designated shift in French Language as the first point of contact. 
10.    Log the user issues through ticketing system, Work until issue closure.
11.    Respond to end users through online chat, emails.
12.    Customer driven and always drives for end user
13.    Infra monitoring
14.    Do application health check and proactively report any outages.
