· 
Aligner les Actions des membres des équipes sur la stratégie d'entreprise

· 
Définir la stratégie de sourcing en Local

· 
Suivre la performance des fournisseurs de son panel

· 
Suivre le QCDDM des fournisseurs

· 
Reporter la performance du périmétre au central et à la région

· 
Aider les acheteurs à mettre en place les stratégies de négociation

· 
Suivre la performance et adapter la stratégie afin d'atteindre les objectifs QCDP

· 
Animer les revues de performance en interne et en externe

· 
Gérer Son équipe d'acheteurs et aider à développer leurs savoir faire

· 
Définir les objectifs des fournisseurs de son périmètre

· 
Assurer le bon fonctionnement de son périmètre
