The intern position is part of the Dacia Romania Marketing Coordination team.
Job Description

As an intern in the Market Analysis & Forecasting team for Dacia Romania, you will play a key role in supporting local Marketing Team business intelligence activities.
·
Primary responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting key marketing and business performance indicators to identify local trends and opportunities.
·
You will conduct market prospection, evaluating potential areas for business development based on data-driven insights. A significant part of your role will involve data cleansing—ensuring the accuracy, consistency and relevance of large datasets to support decision-making processes.

Additionally, you will contribute to forecasting simulations, helping anticipate future market developments and potential shifts in consumer behavior.
·
This will require working closely with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing structured and meaningful insights. Your work will support strategic planning and contribute to the overall marketing direction of Dacia in Romania.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree: Economics, Statistics or Marketing.
·
We are looking for a motivated, analytical and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.

A minimum intermediate level of English is required to effectively communicate insights and collaborate with internal teams.
·
Strong organizational skills, pragmatism & ability to prioritize tasks efficiently will be essential in managing data-heavy assignments.
·
Good communication skills and teamwork are crucial, as you will interact with various stakeholders and support key decision-making processes.
·
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear conclusions are highly valued in this role.
