Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Design and maintain the comprehensive Identity and Access Management framework, including policies, standards, and detailed operating procedures.
·  Implement and manage robust IAM solutions tailored for both IT and OT environments, ensuring seamless and secure access.
·  Coordinate with various cross-functional teams (e.g., IT Operations, Security, Compliance) to ensure the proper and effective integration of IAM processes and technologies.
·  Support and execute identity governance programs and lifecycle management, leveraging industry-leading tools such as SailPoint
·  Collaborate on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (preferably using Wallix).
·  Ensure rigorous and secure access controls for privileged accounts across the entire infrastructure.

Primary Skills:

·  Proven Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including advanced knowledge of B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) identity management concepts and implementation.
·  Demonstrable experience with PAM solutions and their application in heterogeneous environments, specifically covering both IT and OT infrastructure.
·  In-depth knowledge of identity governance principles and a strong ability to implement and manage enterprise IAM programs (e.g., identity lifecycle, access certification).
·  Familiarity with IAM tools like SailPoint and PAM tools like Wallix is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

·  Experience working in industrial environments (e.g., manufacturing, utilities), with a preference for the automotive sector, or a strong, demonstrable ability to quickly adapt and learn specialized OT security requirements.
·  A proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented mindset is essential, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
·  Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
·  3–6 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management , Privilege Access Management & IT/OT Security Activities.
·  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams
