Job Description
1. Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into people and organizational plans
Provide data‑driven insights on workforce trends, productivity, attrition, and capability gaps
Support organization design, restructuring, and change initiatives
2. Talent & Workforce Management
Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and critical role identification
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy for key roles
Enable career frameworks, internal mobility, and capability development
3. Performance & Rewards
Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, mid‑year, year‑end)
Coach managers on performance differentiation, feedback, and PIPs
Partner with C&B teams on compensation planning, incentives, and pay governance
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters
Manage grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and investigations fairly and consistently
Drive engagement action plans, culture initiatives, and leadership behaviors
5. Change & Organizational Effectiveness
Support change management for transformation, automation, or restructuring
Coach leaders on change communication and team effectiveness
Strengthen leadership capability and people manager effectiveness
6. HR Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards
Partner with CoEs and HR Operations to ensure process excellence
Manage risk related to employee relations, data privacy, and compliance
