Job Description
El Gerente de Zona Posventa es responsable de supervisar y optimizar las operaciones de posventa en su área geográfica asignada. Este rol es crucial para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia operativa en los servicios de mantenimiento y reparación de vehículos.
Responsabilidades Principales:
· Supervisión de Ventas y Operaciones: Monitorear las operaciones diarias de ventas de servicios posventa, asegurando que los equipos cumplan con los objetivos establecidos y mantengan una alta calidad en la atención al cliente.
· Resolución de Problemas: Abordar y resolver problemas logísticos y operativos que puedan surgir, garantizando que todas las operaciones estén alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.
· Análisis de Desempeño: Evaluar el desempeño de los equipos y las operaciones, implementando mejoras continuas para maximizar los resultados.
