Job Description

Création des standards (sécurité, fiche d'opération standards, ...) pour accompagner la mise en production de deux nouvelles lignes de fabrication de rotors et stators.

Analyse et traitements des dysfonctionnements lors des premiers runs de production avec mise en place et suivi des plans d'actions.

Tenue des indicateurs de performance (rendement opérationnel, taux de rebuts etc)

Animation de réunions / groupe de travail avec management transversal (qualité, ingénierie, logistique, ... )
