Job Description

QUALIFICATION

·  5-7 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of experience as Dataiku Platform Engineer or similar roles in Data
·  An Engineering or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics) is desirable

JOB DESCRIPTION

·  L1/L2 support. Expert in GCP environment and Dataiku software expertise
·  Dataiku DSS Implementation: Deploy, configure, and manage Dataiku DSS environments. Ensure seamless integration with existing data infrastructure and tools.
·  Data Preparation and Analysis: Utilize Dataiku DSS to prepare, clean, and analyze large datasets. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and trends.
·  Model Development and Deployment: Build, train, and validate machine learning models using Dataiku DSS. Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance.
·  Collaboration and Support: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions. Provide training and support to team members on Dataiku DSS best practices.
·  Automation and Optimization: Develop and implement automated data pipelines and workflows within Dataiku DSS. Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
·  Responsible for designing, developing & tuning medium-high complexity data applications/pipelines on large scale data platforms (GCP/Hadoop) with an emphasis on performance, reliability and scalability
·  Responsible to guide, deliver technical solutions to customers and provide leadership to a group of data operation engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment
·  Manage a team of Data Operations Engineer and Lead developers contributing in various tools involving GCP, Nifi, Hive, BigQuery,Spark, Scala and security configuration on various environments
·  Offer technical mentorship and guidance to the engineers, conduct design/code reviews and drives initiatives for continuous improvements & operational excellence.
·  Partner with Data architects, Domain experts, Data analysts, Data Engineers, and other teams to support them in deriving, setup and management of the project environment and building Data pipelines for the various business needs
·  Competent in understanding and recommending high degree of Data governance and Data Quality policy and practise across Datalake
·  Successfully manage end to end delivery of insights and value, including resourcing, budgeting, and prioritisation
·  Facilitate resolution of technical bottlenecks
·  Test and validate the performance of data-driven products
·  Guide the project teams on improving the quality of the data and equip them with market best tools to derive solutions out of data.
