Principales actividades

1.Otorgar puntual seguimiento a los pedidos de piezas y accesorios

2. Realizar Llamadas a fuerza de ventas y R+C de forma constante para dar seguimiento a las necesidades

4. Satisfacer las demandas de la Red y Distribuidores con calidad y puntualidad

5. Dar un servicio de calidad al Cliente Final, evitando existan incidentes relacionados con el almacén

Competencias

Vista del cliente

Conocimiento del funcionamiento del almacén de recambios

Habilidades de comunicación en atención al cliente

Conocimiento de la documentación técnica de Renault Parts

Conocimiento de FOS / FOP y manuales de zona

Proactividad en la anticipación y resolución de problema

Manejo técnico

-Fuerza de ventas -SAP -B.W. - Vídeograbadora - Sistemas de Documentación de Piezas Renault: Dialogys, DOC Priv, BVN, Extra BTR, Signe, BOV, Traçabilité y HTL -PLR2 - Paquete de oficina completo - Outlook/equipos
