Requisitos da vaga:
•     Conhecimento da política técnica de embalagens;

•     Conhecimento de embalagens e da usina;

•     Conhecimento desenho técnico;

•     Pilotagem e animação da performance dos indicadores

•     Montagem e Validação de Budget de embalagens (Investimentos e Despesas);

•     Experiência industrial ou logística;

•     Conhecimento em embalagens e seus processos;

•     Conhecimento em Capacitário de embalagens

•     Conhecimento técnico de materiais e peças automotivas;

•     Conhecimento SAP, GPI

Descrição das atividades:

•     Responder tecnicamente pelo Capacitário de embalagens;

•     Realizar análises capacitaria de embalagens mensalmente;

•     Realizar orçamentos e compra de embalagens vida serie e projeto;

•     Garantir o Budget e entregas de embalagens conforme as etapas do JALON de cada projeto, reposições vida serie e ou aumento de cadencia;

•     Responder tecnicamente pelos temas de embalagem relacionados a qualidade, ergonomia e segurança junto a fábrica e fornecedores;

•     Follow up dos temas de vida serie/ Capacitário de embalagens junto aos fornecedores e ILN’s

•     Reportar os temas de vida série/Capacitário de embalagens nos fóruns internos (Control tower, QRQC e RAP VS)

Requisitos comportamentais (perfil do cargo):

•     Organização

•     Boa comunicação

•     Gerenciamento transversal e de múltiplas tarefas

•     Bom relacionamento

•     Autonomia;

•     Capacidade de negociação (PFE, Compras, Engª de Processos, CPSC, Fornecedores, ICA, CPI etc...)
