DESCRIÇÃO DAS ATIVIDADES:

·  Kaizen & improvement Industrial system procedures & Total Quality management (ex ISO 9000).
·  Prepare Pre-project QCDP dossiers for performance evolution or process changes to meet the product according to the definitions of the Renault Design System (Proc O60).
·  Define and carry out activities in your area with the various project interlocutors (vehicle range and capabilities – Non line up - vehicle engineering or manufacturing: quality, technical policy, obsolescence and performance).
·  Carry out budget construction, validation and tax reception / cash-out when purchasing body-in-white process.
·  Prepare Project Specifications and evaluate the economic feasibility of technical offers for industrial process activities in the bodyshop department.
·  Carry out technical validation of process changes (checklists, supplier data-book, etc.) within the deadlines established in the QCDP dossiers.
·  Participate in the preparation of layouts and their impact on the master scheme and learn about the parts movement systems: AGV, overhead conveyors, transfer tables to improve performance.
·  Define and purchase standard materials in the bodyshop process (industrial robots, welding /stud equipment, etc.).
·  To be a reference person in LATAM for the process métier, positioning yourself transversally with the Technocenter and providing QCDP responses for feasibility/profitability studies in BIW Production Engineering.
·  Manage try-out parts costs planning and monitor expenses related to direct costs.

REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:

·  Graduation: Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Electrical & Automation Engineering.
·  Wanted: Postgraduate degree in project management.
·  Languages: English advanced or intermediate French.
·  Conversion of the Catia’s product in .JT.
·  Product insertion. JT at PSI disconnected.
·  Knowledge in creating lists of process (BOP) and welding points in PDMP
·  Knowledge of how to allocate welding points in the BOP
·  Know how to insert standard equipment and materials into the BOE
·  Create cells in process simulation using PDMP
·  Know how to import welding points from Excel tables to PSI
·  Know how to import welding points from PDMP  to PSI
·  Replicate FRAs retrieved from Geometry and project them into PSI
·  Use the "Modeling" module to create FRA representations
·  Creation and guidance of PSR locations
·  Set and insert welding guns from the server
·  Know how to choose and insert standard materials, such as: Welding guns, Robots, Glue machines...
·  Master specific tools in PSI: Gun Seach; Multi-section; Pie Chart; Automatic Approach Angle
·  Know how to assemble tools on robots
·  Create collision lists
·  Creation and management of appearances
·  Domain in the Human tool
