Job description
Plan the ordering, placement, maintenance and warehousing of all Off Premise Point Of Sales (POS) material for South Africa. Budget management is a key component. Conceptualize, design and produce all local soft POS pieces in collaboration with Brand Marketing and key agencies in terms of generic and account-specific requirements. Manage, measure and grow the Perfect Store Audit (PSA) score that is required by Fuschl HQ and is locally done by a third party agency. Analyze the effect of coolers placements on Volume, as well as in-depth post campaign analysis (e.g. Consumer Activations and New Product Launches). Ensure that all in-store equipment and communication is on-brand, engages the consumer and affects key Shopper metrics such as Frequency, Spend and Average Weight of Purchase (AWOP) in each channel and account.

·
Track and evaluate ‘Beyond This Point’ (PSA) data and deliver reports to Sales Team to allow for corrective actions to take place.
·
To identify areas of improvement regards execution of Perfect Store objectives by channel.
·
Track and monitor progress of Trade Marketing initiatives in new channels (Township etc.)
·
Optimal management of the POS stock movement/tracking and distribution to the regions (RB and DP)
·
Key contact for Ad Warehouse. Processing of cooler requests, tracking and maintaining electronic asset database
·
Work closely with Field Force to solve specific needs and requests around POS tools and Cooler Placements
·
Efficient co-ordination of SDS repair service and related problem solving
·
Supply Sales Team with POS stock movement reports monthly and make recommendations to drive POS placement in outlets, also supporting POS Order placing with Off Premise mobile application & Trade Reach

Perform special trade led projects as assigned (conferences, trade shows etc.)
·
Alignment and coordination of Sales and Marketing activities, incorporating current Brand properties and events and ensuring consumer engagement and promotional activities translate into tangible sales gains

Establish an internal network with sales/brand/logistics/ HQ Trade Marketing, communications, consumer collecting, sports, events
·
Processing and tracking of invoices related to POS (Ad Warehouse, SDS, International POS deliveries, etc.)
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
·
3-4 years’ experience in the FMCG industry and the Off-Premise trade specifically would be preferable
·
Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
·
Operations & Logistics experience would be an advantage
·
Good understanding of the Brand and related Marketing strategies.
·
Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skills
·
High numerical ability; discerns trends, patterns and anomalies in data with probable cause and effect
·
Strong communication skills
·
Must have the ability to retrieve, understand and interpret data from numerous sources
·
Project Management
·
Higher commercial degree/ University Degree (business, marketing or similar) preferable. Valid driving license.

Fluent in English, written and verbal
