Overview of the job

The Workday Platform is P&G’s technology of choice to drive the HR Transformation Vision. The new technology platform will deliver a modern HR service with the employee experience at the center. This is a great opportunity to lead the implementation and management of service operations and DEVOPS models that will be needed for our employee tools within the WORKDAY Platform that touches all P&G employees.

Your team

This role reports to the Workday Platform Delivery Leader. You will be working with a global organization that is mainly located in Manila, Newcastle, and Cincinnati, and that is in charge of providing Follow-the-Sun support and at the same time improving operations by implementing IT Operations standards, streamlining and automating processes, and delivering better user experience and productivity. What success looks like

Success in this role lies in excellent end-to-end oversight and management of the operational aspects of the Workday platform and integrations to different employee solutions:

·  Leading development/revision/governance of supplier service operations related contract measures
·  Understanding key employee business processes and ensuring that the supplier’s operational measures are aligned
·  Participating in the business review process and leading service operations performance review meetings with suppliers to deliver improvements
·  Ensuring that incident, problem, change, and escalation management processes are executed effectively by suppliers and delivering expected service improvements
·  Leading global and regional service outage communications, incident/issue escalation and resolution, and crisis management activities when needed

Responsibilities of the role

This role is responsible for Workday Platform and Integrations Operations and Governance:

·  Request Fulfillment Process Owner – Defines process standards, ensures SLA are met, manages request to platform operations and maintain all SNOW configurations related to request fulfilment
·  Test Management Process Owner – Defines process standards, ensures compliance and drives test automation adoption
·  Disaster Recovery – Works with the vendor to ensure all DR requirements are met and reviewed regularly
·  Capacity Management – Understands WD platform capacity peaks and works with the vendor to ensure that we have enough platform capacity to support the peaks
·  Event Monitoring Process Owner – Defines event monitoring process standards, drives event monitoring deployment and monitors ongoing integration monitoring
·  Continual Service Improvement – Defines the process standards, identifies CSI opportunities, leads CSA projects and reports on CSI progress
·  Other Responsibilities:

a. Performs code quality reviews to ensure compliance to WD configuration standards

b. Owns and maintains all OLAs with internal/external supplier teams

c. Owns problem resolution fixes

d. Performs regular access reviews o Supports incident management process

Qualifications

· 
An undergraduate degree in related field such as Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science field

· 
At least 3 years working experience in IT Service Operations roles

· 
Knowledge and experience in Workday Platform

· 
Basic to intermediate knowledge in IT Application and Integration, ITIL Processes and IT Stewardship ; ITIL certification is preferred, and previous CSA experience is desirable

· 
Familiarity in IT Project Management and Vendor governance

· 
Ability to apply critical thinking and a sense of urgency for fixing incidents

· 
Good understanding of infrastructure, information security and policies best practices

· 
Exhibits a passion for IT, technology and innovation, continually takes initiative to update and improve one’s own skillset to stay relevant as IT evolves

· 
Intermediate to advanced English language, both written and spoken. Superb communication skills with the ability to influence others to take action by dissecting sophisticated technical concepts into digestible ideas appropriate for the audience

· 
Must be willing to travel to other countries, collaborate with people from different cultures, and work with teams from different time zones
