We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our P&G family.
As an Administrative Assistant you will support the Manager or a Group of Persons in delivering the business and organization objectives. The job is wide in scope and will involve close partnership with the Manager/Team. You will need to have a good understanding of the business and organization to effectively organize and support the Manager/Team.
Responsibilities include:
Participant administration for seminars and events, all brands and locations
Direct Assistant to Head of Wella Education Swizterland
Organization, managing/handling projects and special tasks, spanning various countries and markets
You will be responsible for Meeting planning, this covers both regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings. :
Participant administration in SAP EM, all brands, for standard seminars, events, customer visits :
Electronic seminar administration as instructed
* accepting bookings
* all bookng processes
* correspondence
* invoicing
* booking rooms for seminar participants
* liaising with studio coordinator
=> all brands, studios and seminars
=> central acceptance point for registrations
=> fixed and rotating division of responsibilities
managed by the Head of Wella Education
Actively selling seminars
Detailed knowledge of the "standard offering"
Basic knowledge of "Projects" events
Regular reports in EM on compliance with process schedules
Admin overview and information, contact for all sales personnel
Telephone customer advice service
Special customers 3, COE
SDP (accounts, statements, customers, sales representatives, invoicing, financial controlling)
Close collaboration with project managers and Head of Wella Education
Rotating project allocation
Trips / large events / tours / customer visits, cross-brand
* Creating / drawing up folders and entry tickets in
collaboration with project managers and Marketing
* Organizing events
* Presenting events
* Providing assistance at the venue
* Coiffure Suisse
Special events / seminars, cross-brand
* Organizing events
