Your responsibilities as Junior Production Manager:

·  You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and improving the production process of our high-quality products
·  Understanding the operational processes at a LEAN environment
·  Learning the detailed way of thinking and loss elimination
·  Coordination and support of ongoing business and savings projects. Developing technical solutions that meet changing business needs.
·  Collaborating with technical specialists, external partners and other functions to find the best solutions
·  All of our positions are entry-level management roles. With the development of your outstanding operational and leadership skills , we can provide dynamic advancement opportunities. Be the next Manager on one of our production lines!

Job Qualifications

We are looking for YOU if:

·  Degree in engineering or technical manager (Bsc/Msc).
·  You are a student, recent graduate, maximum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar field
·  Your English and Hungarian language skills are at a level capable of communication, both in writing and oral
·  You have strong leadership and excellent communication skills
·  Characterized by good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility
·  You like to work in a team, but at the same time willing to work independently
·  You are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and manager
·  You use Microsoft Office tools at a professional level
