Job description

At Procter & Gamble Grooming, we put our consumers first. We are collaborative product teams made up of product researchers, engineers, designers and product managers building digital products of superior quality and value to improve the lives of the world's consumers. We work across P&G's brands like Gillette, Taos, Venus and others to understand consumer problems and build innovative solutions at scale.

As a Digital UI Designer. Front-End Innovation, you will be responsible for envisioning what’s possible - exploring new, creative, holistic ways to engage consumers through end-to-end digital experiences for connected devices, apps, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and eCommerce. You’ll collaborate with product researchers, engineers, and IT professionals to design and develop solutions and experiments for consumer research - learning early and often to drive new insights. You’ll apply your deep creative skills in UI, concept development, data visualization, photography, videography, motion graphics, prototyping, etc

The successful candidate must have exceptional problem solving and design thinking skills, a solid ability to advocate for users through design, and collaborating with technology and research teams. We are looking for a proven ability to think through every phase of design, the ability to influence and advocate for their work, and someone who is excited to take on new, ambiguous products that will be industry-defining.

We feel you will be an excellent fit here if you have:

·  A keen eye and attention to detail that is critical to winning in our categories.
·  Exceptional collaboration/interdependence skills while engaging and influencing with multiple business partners.
·  Demonstrated leadership skills and desire to lead multiple initiatives and manage complexity with excellence. Strengths include discipline, time and project management, ability to set priorities, and accountability
·  Flexibility and ability to adjust in an environment of constant change.
·  Desire to successfully lead complex projects from conceptual start to final design delivery with passion and ownership.
·  Use of empathy and non-linear thinking: We would like for you to be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind.
·  Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence. Proven discipline, superior time management skills, ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final design delivery.
