The I-Trade Governance & Compliance Analysis is responsible for coaching a subset of P&G’s third-party high-risk carriers/vendors. The I-Trade Governance & Compliance Analysis will facilitate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and biannual leadership reviews with high-risk vendors and responsible for the Action Plan. The person for this role will also on-board new carriers to the P&G transportation network and will lead weekly carrier and 4PLs trainings to build capability. This role also manages highly critical governance and internal control tasks for North America Transportation Operations (NATO) utilizing Global I-Trade SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Digital MAGICS (Maintain Appropriate Governance and Internal Controls Sustainably) to ensure NATO is always audit ready. The I-Trade Governance & Compliance Analysis is responsible for updating and analyzing regional SOPs and business continuity plans. The I-Trade Governance & Compliance Analysis is responsible for communicating SOPs, processes updates and system issues timely to our carriers, 4PLs and Brokers. The person in this role must be detail oriented, must communicate clearly and timely, as well as be a self-starter who can manage tasks and projects independently on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Job Qualifications

Education:

·  Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.

Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:

·  Govern vendors (4PLs, brokers and carriers) performance improvement process.
·  Partner with I-Trade Operations and FAP I-Trade to identify KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) gaps for vendors.
·  Manage vendors communication process- portal, help desk, meetings.
·  Maintain a 4PLs, brokers and carriers’ database.
·  Manage vendor playbook/Maintain P&G documented operational guidelines.
·  Manage vendors’ scorecards and KPIs as per Global Third-Party SOPs.
·  Ensure that performance standards are included in vendor contracts and monitor performance accordingly.
·  Develop, maintain, and implement vendors training program.
·  Manage and maintain SOWs (Statement of Work) with vendors.
·  Manage and maintain vendor performance assessment that meet all internal controls requirements.
·  Perform Operational Benchmarking activities with vendor and non-competes.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $64,000-$88,700

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
