This role would be based at our Procter and Gamble Iowa City Oral Care Site, where business, innovation and technology integrate to build an ambitious advantage for us. Our professionals are diverse leaders who apply IT and application mastery to deliver business models and capabilities. Work would include:

·  Design, configure, install, test, validate, troubleshoot and support site specific application infrastructure.
·  Collaborate with plant personnel to identify application enhancement opportunities, development strategy and server infrastructure requirements.
·  Provide consultation on system maintenance to ensure maximum up-time, reliability and integrity.
·  Serve as the main contact for system outages and help requests.

Qualifications

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:

·  Excellent customer service, communication and interaction skills.
·  Enterprise application suite management skills both purchased and custom developed.
·  Experience developing enhancement requirements, test plans and validation plans.
·  Ability to understand the end to end order fulfillment process.
·  Technical skills including MS SQL server, MS .Net, VB .Net, IIS, XML, SOAP, networking, zebra label printers and pc/server management.
·  2-5 years of experience with Application Management
·  Education: High School Degree or GED equivalent and/or higher in a technical field
