NOTE: Due to P&G's announcement of its intention to divest the Duracell business to Berkshire Hathaway, this role is specific to the Duracell business. Successful candidates will be part of the Duracell team. Upon the anticipated closing, it is expected that successful candidates will transfer with the Duracell business, together with other employees supporting Duracell.

The Regional Master Data role will serve as the primary master data resources to meet the needs of the LA Customer Service Operations and Physical Distribution organizations. They demonstrate a customer centric focus by leveraging exceptional leadership skills, in-depth business knowledge and technical mastery to manage SAP reference tables required for the implementation of initiatives, logistic programs, order acquisitions and product conversions. The Regional Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring quality data maintenance in respective master data tables in the system, and leading master data issue resolution through working with organizations within Duracell and HP. They must demonstrate the ability to complete quality detailed table work under pressure with excellence. They ensure product strategies and decisions are aligned with systems capabilities and work processes.

Skills needed for this role:

·  Demonstrated ability to self start with strong analytical skills in a start-up environment with high expectation to deliver world class results for the new Duracell company.
·  SAP/Oracle Experience: Prior SAP or other Oracle/JDA systems experience is necessary as this will be new for the Duracell company.
·  Demonstrated ability to work across functions, build networks across levels as this role will interact with several SNO and PS functions to ensure quality system data.
·  Demonstrated ability to deliver results through a disciplined approach of daily priority setting and tracking
·  Given this is a new start up with new systems and a new organization, it will be important for the individual in this role to demonstrate agility in response to change and balance multiple competing priorities.

The Duracell Latin America general offices will be located in West Palm Beach Florida. The master data role will be co-located with the multifunctional leadership based in South Florida

Desired profile

Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.

1-2 years of experience is required.
