NOTE: Due to P&G's announcement of its intention to divest the Duracell business to Berkshire Hathaway, this role is specific to the Duracell business. Successful candidates will be part of the Duracell team. Upon the anticipated closing, it is expected that successful candidates will transfer with the Duracell business, together with other employees supporting Duracell.

The Duracell Distribution Requirements Planner (DRP) is responsible for product maintenance and inventory replenishment within the Distribution network for The Duracell Business in Latin America. The planner must utilize network reports and SAP capability to analyze key DRP Performance metrics to drive Supply Network improvements in Cash, Cost and Customer Service results. The DRP Planner works autonomously to determine quantities and priorities for product replenishment within the Duracell Supply Network. Daily decision-making has a direct impact on finished product inventory levels and customer service results for the Duracell Business. In addition to the core work process area, the DRP Planner is expected to work with the the supply sites and the distribution and transportation organizations as needed, to resolve issues and escalate critical barriers.

Skills needed for this role:

· Leadership: Demonstrated ability to self start with strong analytical skills in a start-up environment with high expectation to deliver world class results for the new Duracell company.
· SAP/Oracle Experience: Prior SAP or other Oracle/JDA systems experience is necessary.
· Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work across functions, build networks across levels as this role will interact with several SNO and PS functions to ensure excellent execution.
· Operates with Discipline; Demonstrated ability to deliver results through a disciplined approach of daily priority setting and tracking
· Agility: Given this is a new start up with new systems and a new organization, it will be important for the individual in this role to demonstrate agility in response to change and balance multiple competing priorities.
· Bilingual capability: the ideal candidate will have proficiency in English and Spanish. A working knowledge of Portuguese would be beneficial.
· The Duracell Latin America general offices will be located in West Palm Beach Florida. The Distribution requirements planning role will be co-located with the multifunctional leadership based in South Florida and report into the LA supply chain manager

Desired profile

Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.

1-3 years experiences required.
