Job description

Handles the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) organization within the Planning Service Center (PSC), and has overall accountability for the results of the DRP horizontal organization in the PSC. Is responsible for the execution of the detailed DRP Operating Strategy (and DRP Policies). Responsible for ensuring sufficient organizational capacity and capability exists to support the planning operations and drives mastery in the planning organization.

Responsibilities:

· 
Lead the service level of the Shave Care category to customers in Latin America, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

· 
Collaborate with markets, plants, distribution centers, and Regional Business Unit to align on service level objectives and develop effective supply chain strategies.

· 
Supervise and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs and obsolescence risks.

· 
Supervise warehouse capacity planning to ensure adequate space for storage and efficient handling of products.

· 
Lead and develop the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

· 
Drive process improvement initiatives within the DRP team to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness in supply chain operations.

· 
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

· 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operations.

· 
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the Shave Care category and proactively address potential risks or opportunities.

· 
Develop positive relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers, customers, and service providers, to improve teamwork and achieve mutual goals.

Job Qualifications

· 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 
Solid understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and standard methodologies. Consistent track record of successfully handling service levels and customer satisfaction in a sophisticated supply chain environment.

· 
Experience in demand and replenishment planning, inventory management, and warehouse capacity planning.

· 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

· 
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and motivating team members. Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

· 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· 
Fluency in English.
