As a Finance Manager at P&G your work will be meaningful from joining in Day 1. You will work as the finance leader on a team with representatives from various other functions that is responsible for the plant we have in Urlati producing Shampoos and Detergents. Within these teams, you will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared. Our focus is to win as a team with everyone's strong individual contributions. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or any related field, coupled with a passion for numbers and business strategy

·       Previous work experience within finance 3-7 years.

·       Proven ability to make business recommendations based on financial analysis and thorough understanding of business strategy.

·       Previous experience with budget management and / or financial forecast and ability to present complex data efficiently, to support business decisions.

·       Strategic and analytical thinking.

·       Advanced Excel,Power BI or other data analysis and presentation tools

·       Strong collaboration, communication skills, and ability to empower and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

·       Excellent command of English.
