As a Commercial IT Manager, you are accountable for delivering impactful customer and consumer solutions, and add measurable business value to P&G. We partner with our strategic vendors to lead technology, systems and scaled transformation across the region and globe.

Your team

This role reports to the Business Unit IT Leader & will be part of a multi-functional team working with Commercial and Sales teams across multiple markets.

•Have solid grasp of business strategies, goals and processes, and how technology can positively impact them

•Develop in-depth business, domain, and systems knowledge for building relevant solutions and services

•Manage strategic vendors to ensure service operations standards

•Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner and work within diverse organizations and teams

•Lead agile IT innovation, bringing technological disruptions into the P&G ecosystem for better e-Business results

Responsibilities of the role

•Systems Integration for Marketing Technology: technical understanding of the ecosystem involved in driving eBusiness growth (Web-Presence, Mobile, CRM, Programmatic Media, AdTech, Big Data, CDP, micro-services/API, eCommerce, Direct Selling, Social Media, Ratings&Reviews, eContent, etc) and the system integrations required to drive Omni-channel business value, including Architecture, DevOps techniques, integration strategies, code review and associated business processes, and data manipulation and syndication for internal and external solutions. Ensure Fit-for-use of local, regional and global solutions

•Data Strategy and Activation: drive and activate consumer-centric data strategies, ensuring the right set of technological and architectural choices leading to Data integration, enrichment and activation. Understands data structure, sufficiency, quality, compliance, business fit and flows across involved systems.

•Analytics: deliver real-time insights that improve our KPIs, advise new business models and optimize e-Business operations. Partner with Data Science to operationalize algorithms based on Big Data modelling

•Lead creation and execution of customer systems delivery initiatives addressing top priorities and contributing to business growth

•Lead scalable IT Systems projects in the markets or across the region/globe

•Automation: leverage technology for automated data fetching, processing, aggregation & syndication (IE API, JSON) leading to real-time information flows and democratization of data access.

•Be the champion Stewardship on Information security and Privacy.

•Raise our collective Digital-IQ. Lead the thinking and own trainings to IT and to other functions, including documentation of the best practices.

Qualifications

•Have undergraduate level qualifications (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Studies)
•Have understanding of IT architecture principles and components required for Omni-channel consumer engagement: CRM, Personalization, WebPresence, mobile, hosting, CI/CD, Programmatic media, BigData, eCommerce both via eRetailers integrations and DTC.
•Have basic hands-on programming skills, including HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, SQL, Python, XML, BigQuery, GTM, micro-services
•Solid grasp of digital data flows, including tag management, micro-services, APIs and REST services.
•Able to access and manipulate data (Knime, RStudio & Data Visualization tools (e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI)
•Knowledge about Big Data environments (Google, AWS, Azure) and management of Big Data tools (Spark, Impala, Hue, Hadoop, Jupyter)
•Experience in leading and handling Projects
•Knowledge of Stewardship, Privacy and Information security
•2-3 years of relevant experience and applied knowledge of AI/ML is a plus
