Responsibilities:

Establishing Scrum practices in typically 1-2 teams, or teams that have some foundations on Scrum
·
Acting as facilitator, helping the team make their work transparent, inspecting, and adapting based on the learnings
·
Removing impediments to the Scrum team
·
Encouraging open discussion
·
Identifying and resolving issues within the team
·
Taking accountability for the team’s effectiveness by coaching, training, and mentoring the Scrum Team to improve practices.
Job Qualifications
·
A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering
·
Certified as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I).
·
2-5 years of practical experience.
·
The ability to work independently.
·
Understand CI/CD tools and familiar working in a DevOps environment.
·
Ability to communicate technical concepts to teammates and non-technical colleagues.
·
Experience developing and deploying production software, data area would be and advantage
·
Proficient in English.
