Description
In this role you will drive Microbiology-related innovation in the areas of product preservation, antimicrobial formula development, and product quality/compliance. You will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners (e.g. Chemists, Life Scientists, Regulatory & Safety, Products Researchers) to identify novel mechanisms, models, and methods to control microbial growth and leverage these insights & capabilities to develop new products for our Fabric and Home Care business as well as working with Quality Assurance and Product supply partners to ensure the highest quality & compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a PhD in Microbiology or related field, with strong Chemistry/Biochemistry background. Track record of identifying opportunities and leveraging strong scientific/technical skills to develop robust solutions. Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
