In this role you will:

·  Be responsible for FPSS SAP Security IT Operations related to access control including being the primary contact for audit engagements, strategic planning for governance processes, ensuring quality from the SDS/SPM group, and incident management. The organization is focused primarily on the S4 SAP solutions in FPSS but will be expanding to cover all of FPSS which will require strategic and creative thinking related to expanding coverage across the organization. IT Operations for non-access control related items is owned by another part of the organization so there will be the need to build collaborative relationships with the FPSS IT Operations team as well as the Info Security IAM Operations team.
·  The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and driving the optimal integration of activities across the 3 organizations.
·  In addition, you will be the key resource for engaging GIA and D&T auditors on the annual engagements related to FPSS systems. This key responsibility is critical in positioning the OM to be able to drive day-2-day process improvements and develop the longer-term suite of solutions to pro- actively and re-actively govern access management against policy and auditor requirements.

Job Qualifications

The candidate will have or be willing to gain knowledge in the following areas:

·  SAP Role Development (build, testing, maintenance), User Management, SAP transactions/skills related to role/user management
·  ABAP Developer capabilities
·  Audit engagement, Policy Governance Solutions, and ability to manage vendor resources, ability to work in a Global group with limited on-site teammates, creative problem solving, customer service capability (including knowing when to escalate issues or provide constructive feedback)
·  Ability to engage in all parts of the PCIM support model. Project Management skills are a plus.
