Job description
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious IT professional to join a recently formed, purposely built, innovative team – Salesforce Platform and Solutions - whereby you will grow as a Salesforce Developer .
You will be able to combine your solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its’ declarative capabilities, as well as strong Apex & Lightning programming skills, to take responsibility for transforming direction from an Architect or Technical Lead into solutions - this includes developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining them.
You will work with the Architects and Engineering Leads, contributing to the design & development of global-scaled solutions & various internal P&G applications, while also participating in the growth and having a real possibility to shape the Development Pillar of the organization.
Responsibilities:

Writing high quality Apex & LWC source code to program complete applications on time. Executing code builds to test and production environments
·
Developing integrations between Salesforce and other systems
·
Understanding requirements and how they are further translated to application features, designing creative prototypes according to specifications
·
Efficiently using Salesforce-specific DevOps toolset including GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube
·
Depending on the application, developing with SFDX, classic metadata approach, 2nd-gen unmanaged (unlocked) packages or managed packages.
·
Fixing bugs in existing code
·
Performing unit and integration testing before launch
·
Conducting functional and nonfunctional testing
·
Developing technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
·
Maintaining documentation per company standards
·
Evaluating existing applications to reuse, update and add new features and resolving user-submitted problems and questions

Job Qualifications
Required
·
1-3 years of experience in Salesforce Development (Lightning and Apex)
·
Salesforce certifications (for example: Administrator and Platform Developer I)
·
Very good knowledge of the platform and its declarative capabilities as well as out-of-the-box functionalities
·
Practical knowledge of Salesforce metadata and source code driven development as well as the usage of the tools (code repository systems, deployment automation, project tracking)
·
Familiarity with design patterns, good object-oriented programming practices and Clean Code rules
·
Familiarity with good unit and integration testing practices
·
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Preferred
·
Practical knowledge of Salesforce DX and packaging
·
Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems/platforms
·
Experience in requirements gathering and analysis and working with the business partners
·
Experience in working with unlocked packages & managed packages
·
DevOps / Agile programming attitude
·
Experience with Test Driven Development
