Salesforce & Mobile QA/Test Manager will be leading and entire QA process, including Test Strategy, Test environments, Test Data, and Test tools!

Your team
This role will report to Regional Sales IT Product manager & covers all markets under Asia Pacific & India Middle East region. You will work with P&G solution managers and developers to test and qualify new user stories to Production.

For organizations that focus on product development, this role is vital to the software lifecycle! As a Salesforce & Mobile QA test manager, you are expected to deliver appropriate QA test case results within the identified project timelines and lead testers whether external or internal. It will be of primary responsibility to :

·  Drive Cost optimization by identifying E2E Testing Automation and Strategy
·  Define & Execute Breadth of Test coverage
·  Ensure Reusability of Test Cases
·  Measure Product Quality and Reliability thru Performance, Security, Supportability
Responsibilities of the role

·  Define the Testing process in the software development life cycle and the scope within the context of each product or project release
·  Identify Test Strategy, Environment, Data and Tools for proper QA to be completed
·  Perform QA testing on User Stories by developers
·  Deploy and run resource for testing
·  Lead End to End QA process from Development Environment to Production

Qualifications

·  2 - 4+ years of experience in testing of enterprise software applications
·  Shown experience preferably in CPG/FMCG industry across sales management, Business planning, Marketing return on investment, Order Management and other related initiatives
·  Proven understanding of SDLC, QA process and AGILE methodology
·  Hands on Experience of crafting and executing Manual, Automated and Performance testing
·  Experience of writing simple/sophisticated queries for database testing, Mobile APP testing, Cloud based testing and API Testing for REST web services
·  ISTQB Certification is must
·  Must possess critical thinking skills in addition to good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal partnership skills
