We are looking for an Operations Sales Channel Specialist to join the Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) Team. The MS&P team partners with all areas of the organization to bring internal marketing and selling tool to the sales teams and drive

This position is a fast paced, operations and Channels Sales delivery role. The Operations Sales Channel Specialist is responsible for supporting projects and administrative needs Operations and Channel MS&P. The project work is divided equally amongst Operations 50% and Channel MS&P 50%.

In this role you will work with Portfolio, Brand and Channel MS&P as well as education and Field Sales teams to deliver best in class marketing and selling plans across North America Salon Professional, drive base business and new product growth. You should have a desire to grow both Marketing and Customer Relationship capabilities.

Important Responsibilities:

· Document Management creation of Sales Order Guides, e-Commerce SKU Sheets and Education Pricing Guides. Analyze complexity of documents and recommend solutions for streamlining.
· MY Learning website database maintenance for capability modules for all departments of organization via Liaison with Field, Channel MS&P and Human resources for module updates and new module creation.
· Reporting:
· BW reports (SAP System) with analysis when needed for MS&P
· Ambassador program reporting and analysis
· Collaborate with Channel, Brand and Portfolio teams to influence and provide feedback on-go-to market choices and fit to win criteria.
· Gather, consolidate and analyze Competitive Intelligence data from internal and external sources. Distribute monthly report on findings.
· Channel MS&P Form creation and Data Processing:
· Master Asset Sheet of collateral required for fit for use on current and future initiatives.
· Consolidate and Analyze Sales Cycle Forecast and be liaison in Technical Lock Meetings for Channel MS&P. Analyze and highlight all areas plus or minus 20% from IYA.
· Create PowerPoint presentations for Channel MS&P deployment meetings for each sales cycle
· Channel MS&P Single Point of Contact for WebEx meeting scheduling.
· Additional projects as determined by business and market needs.

Desired profile

Candidates must have the following:

Bachelors' degree

Minimum 1-2 years business experience

Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and communication skills

Highly organized and operates with discipline

Ability to look across projects and drive reapplication and simplification

Analytical thinker with experience in budget management and financial acumen

Advanced in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, Publisher

The following attributes are a plus:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing

Marketing or agency experience

Sales or Beauty sales experience

Proficient knowledge of selling principles

A passion for beauty

A strong desire to continuously grow and build capability

Proficient knowledge of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) tools and evolving digital/social media platforms.

Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects, good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Strong word processing and problem solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-up, strong organizational skills; must be able to set priorities and work independently.

Requires individuals that can manage a demanding work load, and balance self-managed task/projects along with management support needs.
