Sales Finance & Accounting Assistant (m/f)

As a P&G Sales, Finance and Accounting Assistant, you are the foundation for our success. Your responsibility is to build various analyses, reports, and simulations. These will be used by your team to identify broader market trends and develop the corresponding strategies.

As the coordinating interface between our customers, Sales managers, and Finance and Accounting, you will quickly build a deep understanding of interdependencies. This will allow you to optimally support the planning and harmonization of promotions (e.g. event resources planning) and retail activities (e.g. co-design & sourcing coordination of materials for points of sale). By focusing your communication on solutions, you will be able to support the collaboration between our key account team, the finance team, internal colleagues, and external business partners in an Omni-channel environment (offline and online).

In particular you will:

·  Deliver accurate accounting reports
·  Audit and Validate Customers’ Debit Notes
·  Develop Customer Spending analysis
·  Maintain Sell-Out Reports
·  Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable)

Desired profile

Qualifications:

·  Academic background or previous work experience in accounting and/or data analytics
·  Advanced Knowledge of Database applications such as Excel or PBI
·  Ability to deliver business financial analysis
·  Competent analytical skills and “connect the dots” mentality.
·  Excellent organization, time-management skills and attention to details
·  Excellent communication & teamwork skills
·  Flexibility and ability to handle frequent changes and multiple priorities
·  Fluent in English
